I really like to go to Shopping Mall in during time December...Every Mall is decorated with the lights and any things about Christmas...Big Christmas tree. If you've been to Bangkok; You must know MBK or World Trad Plazz...They had a great decoration. Most of the people will go to countdown at World Trad Plaza. In front of it has a large terrace. Seem as Singapore last year I went there to celebrate New Year.I went to Theaters-on-the-Bay "Esplanade" but I didn't keep any picture because of crowd. This picture I took at my work place.

Twinkle Twinkle Little star

Twinkle Twinkle Little star
From the meadow to the forest Travel to the wild, source of the waterfalls, the abundance of wildlife and natural. Sun set and sun raise are the wonderful on Phukradung. All the touristswakeup very early and walk at least about 3 km. to watch the sun raise. We aren't disappoint. Oh! this is the same sun but very difference. Someone told me that last time they can't see the sun raise because
of the could. So I'm lucky :) Atter I went to the tripI go straightto work. That week we used "Twinkle twinkle little star" in the classes. I really missed Phukradung's sky. At night, the stars are full of the sky and the half moon so bright and shine. My tiny digital camera can't pick up the sky's picture but I can saved all of the stars in my memory :)

We're waiting for sun raise at Nok An Cliff.

Pine Forest.

Deciduous Dipterocarp Forest

The way to Visitor Center with sunny and sand.

The way not easy!!!

Rhukradung National Park - Part 1

Once in my life at Phukradung National Park The Phu Kradung National Park is in Loei Province, in the northeast. Thailand's second national park, after Khao Yai (Korat). Phukradung is the wonderland, 1,288 m.high from the sea. I'm very exciting to tell you about this trip. We left Mor-Chit, the north Eastern Bus terminal around 8:45 pm. arrived at Loei got off at Pha Nok Khao 5:30am ("Pha" = Cliff) after had breakfast we took the local bus to Phukradung national park about 15 kilometers 20 Baht. We strated walking up to the top of the mountain at 7:30 am. The most challeng is the way uphill to Lang-Pae which you can test your efficiency because it's about 5,500 meters very high and hard!!!We took 3 and half hours to reached to Lang-Pae.("Pae" = smooth) Unbelievable!!!mountain top is very very wide...the area is about 87,030.5 acre. From Lang-Pae to Visitor center, we walk with the sunny and sand 3,800 meters. I felt that very very far and tired, this time my legs hardly to step. This feeling will gone when you see something wonderful such as Sun set at any cliff.

Suvarnabhumi Airport (this picture search by Google )

Taking flight with spirits

I try to read English newspaper everyday to practise English Language...No wonder If you're reading my blog and found something wrong. I was reading about New Bangkok Airport Suvarnabhumi Airport (Originally know as Nong Ngu Hao). This Airport is the long-delayed new international airport of Bangkok Thailand. After 40 years of dalays, construction started in January 2002, and is supposed to open on September 25, 2005. Some people believe delays in getting the Suvarnabhumi airport project off the ground stem not from man-made errors but supernatural phenomena. Experts recommended a larger shrine, a thaeparak instead of a phra phomm shrine, to shelter all the deities that might be in the area. Virgin teak wood was brought from Chiang Rai to make the shrine, and a Brahmin ceremony held to "invite" dieties at the scene to take shelter there. This things can't be proven. But many Thais believe there is a deity on very land plot. So before a house is built, a ceremony is held to lay the foundation pile. And when the house is completed, they put up a shrine for the deity to live in. An NBIA(New Bangkok International Airport) official said several strange events happened before the shrine went in. Several workers claimed to have seen the shadow of a woman walking about. New Buddhist shrine might brings comfort to workers and blesses the project. I may post about Suvarnabhumi Airport again because it's far away from my house only one bus-stop :) I read Bangkok Post, issue Monday, Sep 27, 2004

Wat Arun the Temple of the Dawn from the Chao Praya river side

Wat Arun the Temple of the Dawn from the river side(Chao Praya)

The Temple of Dawn or Wat Arun is name after the Indian god of dawn, Aruna. The Wat really looks better from a distance than close up, and you're not missing out too much even if you only view from across the river. It consists of a massive elongated prang (Khmer-style tower), and is surrounded by four smaller prangs. The prang is described by the Tourism Authority of Thailand as 104m high, while most other sources quote figures around 80-85m. It is decorated by bits of porcelain which had previously been used as ballast by boats coming to Bangkok from China, a hallmark of the reign of King Rama III. Wat Arun is a little unusual as it's really the only major tourist attraction on the Thonburi side of the river. The best way to get to Wat Arun is on the river. The Tha Tien express boat pier, at the southwest corner of the Grand Palace / Wat Phra Kaew, is opposite Wat Arun and boats leave every few minutes and the ferry crossing is only 2B. You can get to Tha Tien on the Chao Phraya River Express boats from any other pier, or take a taxi to it. Buses that go near Tha Tien are ordinary buses 1, 25, 44, 47, 62 and 91 which stop on Maharat road. There are also plenty of Thonburi canal tours that go here. It is open every day from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Officially, entrance to the Wat is 20B Sometimes if you walk around the Wat grounds, you will be requested for a donation (with a book showing how everyone else gave 100B/200B), and sometimes the staff at the pier will cite some excuse and charge another 10B or so to let you through.

Wooden bridge

Sangkhalburi trip

Sangkhalburi is western edge of Kanchanaburi Province . It around 5 hours drive from Bangkok. It beautiful drive with great scenery. Sangkhalburi is a small town, near Burma ,has great wooden bridge built by Mon tribe living there. The bridge stands like an enormous monument. My sister could not take a good photo of it. The famous wooden bridge connect Mon village to Sangkhalburi town; 400 m. long wooden bridge is the longest one in Thailand. It was built by the people not from any govermment budget. Sangkhalburi has a lot of naturel attraction. She bought nice tour package-including Longtail boat on Kao Laem Lake, Elephant riding through jungle (Elephant-trekking), Bamboo-rafting...It's very good price less than 800 Baht.
